Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PDPAOLA jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original PDPAOLA box and secure it inside a mailing envelope or box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
